Energizing project “Upgrade capacity of 220kV Hai Duong substation”

At 17h30, 25th November 2013, in the 220kV Hai Duong substation (S/S), Power Transmission Company No. 1 under National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) successfully energized the project on upgrade of capacity of the 220kV Hai Duong S/S.
The project has a total investment cost of over VND 77.426 billion, aiming at upgrading capacity of substation from 125MVA to 350MVA (250MVA + 125MVA). The project is invested by EVNNPT; PTC 1 is responsible for management, install✤ation and setting; Institute of Energy (IE) is responsible for design consultation.
The successful energization of project “Upgrade capacity of 220kV Hai Duong substation” plays an important role in ensuring a stable, reliable power supply to the socio-economic development in Hai Duong province, Hanoi city and surrounding provinces.
