Energizing project “Replacing the AT2 220kV-125MVA transformer at 220kV Ca Mau 2 substation

At 20h10 on 6th December 2016, at 220kV Ca Mau
2 substation, Power Transmission Company No. 4 (PTC4) combined with relevant
units organize energizing and putting into operation of the AT2 220kV-125MVA
transformer, completing project “Replacing the 220kV-125MVA transformer at 220kV
Ca Mau 2 substation", with implementation duration of 22 days – which is 8
days ahead schedule.

The project is assigned to PTC4 by EVNNPT for💛 management and implementation,
with the main content of replacing AT2 220kV-125MVA transformer made in Russia
in 220KV Ca Mau 2 substation by a 220kV-125MVA transformer made by Siemens. The
project was started on 🉐15th November 2016.
To implement𓆉 project as scheduled, PTC4 assigned
different divisions of Technical, Materials, Safety; Motobike division, Western
Power Transmission No. 1, 2, 3 to arrange people to work frequently at 220kV Ca
Mau 2 substation for uninterrupted implementation, monitoring, commissioning of
work items after implementation com💎pletion.
The energized AT2 220kV-125MVA transformer at
220kV Ca Mau 2 substation will ensure a secure, stable operation and
uninterrupted power supply to Ca Mau city and surrounding areas, especially in
end-year time and coming traditional Tet days./.
