♔The signing ceremony took place with the important content including: signing financial lease contract for substation investment among Vietinbank leasing with EVNNPT’s subsidiaries: Power Transmission Company 1,2,3,4; Northern Power Project Management🌸 Board with the total value of VND 160 billion; signing asset lease contract with the equipment🦄 supplier – EEMC with total lease asset of 06 transformers 220 kV-250MVA.
Form of financial lease contract has opened up new potentials for cooperation among the parties. The value of the lease hold equivalent to VND 184 billion (of which 20% is EVNNPT’s share) is a humble amount compares to EVNNPT’s investment requirement but it has important meaning. It ꧟helps EVNNPT in arranging capital for power transmission investment projects, contributes to ensuring national energy security while supporting the development of domestic mechanical sector according to policy of the Party and State.
